Ahhhj i was tricked too most have been going every hour never before, thot id have time to feed kids iron work clothes do dishes and just sat down with a cup of tea before i leave for work, drat !!!!!!! Ok I am posting for my mum (Chrissy4) She is on AOL and has disabled pop ups. She hasnt played much but the week before last she matched the cards and it came up she had won, It took her to a claim page where it told her she could not claim her prize. She was ill at the time so didnt think anything of it as it was her second go at flipping the cards.

Today I called her and told her I was still playing and she mentioned giving it another go. Again the same thing happened, it told her she had won and then told her she couldnt claim her prize, When she called them - he just said well theres nothing we can do about that and keep playing.

What is she doing wrong here ?? Advice and ideas please.
