Got an email back from jessica x
She enclosed an attached letter that i send in with my voucher when i want to spend it, the letter states that there was an error on expiry date and to confrm with her if any issues xxxxx

I so hope your mum is ok, how old is ds? bullying is awful, the system is geared to help the bully not the victim xxx
