    Might be worth having a word with your local Social services Office, they would put you right about any schemes running.
    Failing that call the Hospital she was discharged from and speak to the Hospital S/Worker.
    Good luck.

    Could have been the copper cylinder that needed replcement. Although central heating tank does suggest the small plastic expansion tank in the loft.
