Parking Ticket;Hi ;can anyone advise please?I got a parking ticket on 24/09/07 which I appealed against,by letter, the following day.I hadn't heard anything 'til this morning, when I received a letter telling me that my appeal had been rejected;this is 150 days since I posted,1st class,my appeal.I thought that there was a time limit in which the council had to reply;can anyone tell me if this is so,so that when I go to Formal Representation I have some facts?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Have a look through the following sites for info that may help - someone else may know for sure, though I can't seem to find any info about the time limits for councils to respond:
