    Nationwide for free withdrawals from their current Account - Although note it is always possible the foreign bank may charge a fee!

    Nationwide & Post Office (branded cards) for free Credit Card purchase transactions (others load the exchange rate with typically a 2.75% fee) -although note these shouldn't be used for cash withdrawals.
