Bathroom Quote

Hi
I have been planning to do the bathroom since this time last year but gave up due to quotes and not having a clue!!
Am now trying again and quote have ranged from £4500 - £10,000, could someone please advise what would be good for this job in Surrey?

Knock down wall into old airing cupboard and bedroom
Remove old storage tank, take out chimney and fit support
Make ceiling good
Remove old suite - bath, loo, sink and radiator
Rmove tiles from walls - currently floor to ceiling tiling - make walls and ceiling good
Supply and fit ceiling lights and extractor
Fit new suite, bath, sink, loo and shower unit and towel rail, build wall between shower and bath
Supply and fit new waste and soil pipe
Lay tiles floor and walls
Supply fit new stud wall to bedroom, skim and new skirting

Basically builder to do everything except supply suite

much appreciate any advice you may have....

Hi it's hard to say without seeing the job but it does sound like a fair bit of work and i'd charge in the region of 6-7k but i stress this is without seeing the job!

thanks strong boes that's what i was hoping to hear, I'm thinking of going for a 5.5k quote....
