Just received a phone call from MTV informing me that I had won this

Unfortunately it takes place on Mother's Day so I am unable to go. I'm not sure why I even entered this as I usually make a point of not entering comps for tickets of any kind (simply because you don't get much notice to enable you to make arrangements). The tickets were going to be sent via post and would therefore get to me on around Thursday (as quoted by the lady who rang). This wouldn't give me enough time to find someone else to go instead, so I asked if she could please choose another winner so that the tickets wouldn't go to waste.

Let's hope another MSE gets a call!
