even if the company is genuine, the catch is likely to be that they want you to purchase new doors to match the so-called `free windows`, or maybe the windows needed for your house are of a supposed non-standard size, not covered by the offer......people pushing this kind of trick generally hunt in two`s and will try every trick in the book to get you to sign up.

i`d certainly be very wary.

whats the name of the company? ask them if they're registered as a company. dont just let them into your house , like someone already siad thy're probably casing the house for potential burgalry or anything.

they rang me today after the time they said they were comeing and made some excuse up about there computers being down so they couldnt make the appointment time they had set with me and would like to make another i said no thanks goodbye and put the phone down

lol, I've sold windows for a few years. What you all describe is a standard 'blag'. They ask if you work to find out whether they should pitch you with a cash deal or for a finance deal which earns the rep more.

There's no such deals at all.

i had similar experience. you pay 4 them initially but the more friends you recommend that buys windows from them ,you then get your money back according to how much new business they get -which is how thay can say its free!!!. it is a scam and not worth the hassle . it took me hours to get rid of the rep . they just do not take no for an answer !!!!!
