My brother is off to Uni in the summer and i'm looking to support him by transferring money across every so often.
Are there any credit card companies out there where I can transfer money to his bank account even though he isn't an authorised user on my credit card?

Your question is a little unclear.
Are you saying you want to make a 'cash withdrawal' on your credit card to send money to his bank account? If so, the only card I'm aware of that allows you to withdraw cash fee-free is the Egg Money card.
Although it's fee-free, you will be charged interest if your transfer creates a negative balance.0 -

Apologies for the lack of clarity.
Basically I want do money transfers for my brother when he is at univeristy. Although I don't want him on my actual credit card account. So i'm wondering as my brother is a '3rd party' if this is possible with any card?0 -

Why not simply BACS transfer him some money from your current account?...unless you don't have any money spare and you're proposing borrowing some to give him?0
