Help - Don't know Account No for charge reclaim

If anyone can help me with this i will be eternally grateful....

I had a credit card with Yorkshire Bank and paid off the full balance October 2004. I didn't keep any of the statements or anything as i have moved quite a bit and didn't think i would need them.

I have written to Yorkshire Bank to try and reclaim the charges without the account details. I gave them my name, address and dates of payments etc. They wrote back and said they could not do this without my account number but would try and locate it if i sent copy of my ID.

So i sent a copy of my driving licence. They have since written back and said they are unable to proceed any further without my account number !

Does anyone know what i can do next ?
