Does this car actually exist?

Renault has an offer of a base model clio freeway for £99 per month, now my dp has a newer clio but was told last year it is not availbale and every month so far it has not been available. I immediatly e-mailed them this after seeing the ad on their website and their reply was they had taken the maximum number of orders they could take but seemed to harp on about how good the next model was for only £139.
I just want to know has anyone actually seen it, got one or work for renault who can verify this car really does exist? There are rumors only 3 have been built for show purposes.

yea i got one but my dealer told me renault are limiting it to 3 cars per dealer! not really fair i think0
