travel insurance for diving and skiing?

I am trying to renew my annual multi trip worldwide travel insurance but I can't get any company that does both skiing and diving...they seem to specialise in one or the other.
I vam just learning to ski but dive all over the world so I really need a policy that covers both. I am fit, healthy and 60. Any body got any suggestions or ideas please?.

Provide diving travel insurance with, on the annual policy, optional winter cover. The cover anyone under 65 who can answer the health questionaire correctly0 -
