Ordered some items - some of which were damaged on arrival. Telephoned them and the next day I received some replacements, plus a few extra items to apologise.

I am sorry to say that this doesn't happen as often as it should. Many people I know have had problems with Lush customer service and mail order.

I also got great service from Lush, I ordered one of their grab bags and a couple of bits were damaged on arrival, I emailed them and they were replaced the next day!

It's really good that people are reporting good sevice now. It shows that complaints have been taken on board and changes put in place.

Unfortunately, my sister in law who was one of the people having trouble didn't have any joy when she called. She is not a member of the forums so not aware of other ways to complain. This was back in October now so I don't think they would want to sort out any old problems now.

Thumbs up to Lush for changing!
