Hello
I have debt problems which I am resolving, just waiting on a consolidation loan now.
I regularly write to the creditors stating what is happening, but I am getting multiple calls per day from MBNA Indian call centre, I have phoned them and written to them - they say the calls will stop - they still phone.
Anything I can do?

Put in a complaint as similiar happened to me when getting at least 3 calls a day from TSB Mumbia call centre.
Called phonebank lodged a complaint and within a few days they had stopped and along came a payment plan also that I had been arguing over for last 6 monthsJust back into comping past few months to help me get over rubbish in life.... won Hotpoint fridge freezer, soda stream0 -
