I'm after the cheapest phone company on BT's option 1, without diallers or anything else, TIA.

What a lot of people do is cps there weekend calls so they can benefit from free calls to 01/02 numbers,and use 18866/1899 as outlined by April_2 to make cheap calls at peak time/evenings .However https://www.tele2.co.uk have an offer on at the mo,which enables you to make free evening calls,as well as weekends.So this combined with 1899/18866 would seem to be the best bet.The tele2 offer does end at the end of 2005.

JustDialSaver.com offer free evening and weekend calls to all 01 and 02 numbers upto 2 hours long then its a hang up and redial, this is a cps service and they claim to be cheaper than BT or they with double the difference, coupled this with 18866 or 1899 for your calls at peak times lots of savings to be had.
Good deal on Justdial is mobile rates, calls upto 20 mins off peak weekdays is capped at 20p, 10p a min thereafter, weekend is 15p capped upto 20mins long then 3.4p a min therafter.
