Its a bit suspicous how the other 4 things haven't been mentioned
Tbh work is part of losing out on being at home and internet time etc, it isnt unreasonable to expect you to carry out social or personal commitments outside work
Ill bet the gross misconduct comes into the other offences as well, it seems to me you saw your job as a bit of a jolly and the directors were sick of paying you to conduct your personal activities in their time
but please prove me wrong and supply details of the other 4 offences0 -
