Problems with Roboform ... can anyone help?

Hi all,
Just bought Roboform and think it's great for form filling, but I find that often the logins don't work. They usually do when I first switch on the computer, then after a while some/all of them just don't work.
I seem to have all the requirements ... latest IE, etc., so don't know what's wrong and can't find any info. on the net.
Has anyone got any ideas?

I don't know, mine works fine and always has.
What is the exact problem?
Are you loged into the correct page?0 -
Thanks for the reply. My logins are all correct, but Roboform is just so tempermental on my p.c. for some reason and I've no idea why.
As above, sometimes I can use the login facility and sometimes it just brings up the page/website I want to access and will not enter the password, so I have to do it manually.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
Are you using VISTA?
If not it maybe a popup blocker or some other software stopping it.
Save off you data to a safe place and then maybe try a fresh install.0 -
I'm using Windows XP. I've paid for Roboform, so presume I wouldn't be able to install it again.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0
