I didn't have problems today but I haven't been able to transmit since Christmas as I just get transmission 3 error. Shop and scan say it is now probably due to the fact that I am working on vista or because my provider is TalkTalk but I have been with them since before I started shop and scan.

I have yet another new clicker coming and if this one doesn't work, they will withdraw me from the panel. Seems unfair to penalise me if they can't fully cope with new technology!!!

i have been able to transmit but not log in to claim rewards.

I have been a member for just over a year and have £128 in vouchers to claim!!

I'm with Vista (but not Talk Talk so can't comment on that) and haven't had any problems transmitting (although I'll get one next time I transmit probably!). In the past I've found a weird transmission problem was becuase the batteries were going in the clicker. What are the lights like on your clicker? it should be green all the time (well when you press the button), if it's red when you press the button it can be a sign the battery is going and last time that happened to me I think I got a 3 error? So essentially a new clicker could do it! Sorry that got a bit waffley! Hope it helps though :-)

I managed to transmit, but not log in to my rewards account.

I had exactly the same problem a couple of months back and i had to resign from the panel eventually, they were very good trying all different kinds of things, such as three new clickers, usb connectors, trying computer settings, etc., but eventually said it was probably due to the fact that talktalk was my provider!!!! I was gutted as this was a really good little earner and i used to enjoy scanning my shopping - seemed very unfair:mad:I Know how you will be feeling

I signed up for shop and scan some time ago. When I came to transmit I kept getting an error. I emailed them and tried to contact them over the phone but to no avail. Eventually they said because I didn't transmit they were taking me off and requesting the clicker etc back. The envelope they sent was tiny so I shoved what I could in there and sent it back.

Wasn't impressed with them at all. :mad:

I know this is going to be the outcome which really annoys me because they have told me that if I can not transmit barcodes they will also remove me from the petrol panel so I lose out on both counts - Extremely unfair but there you go!!! Its just a shame because I save the vouchers and use them at Christmas!!! I suppose it means more surveys to try and get the shortfall!
