Hi, I always check my catalogue statements, mainly to check thy have credited my returns (always keep your returns receipts!). I do alot of shopping in the sales, I order alot but I also return alot, so I need to keep check, although I HATE doing the job!! For all you out there that hate checking statements too, I have just been through mine and have been overcharges £515!! They were all returns that had not been credited, but are now!!

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies.
