new build regulation

I bought a new build property throught fairview. At time of purchase i provided a leaflet that i picked up that stated that i would get £1000 off the purchase price in addition to other incentives.
The leaflet was not honoured. I wrote to the managing director and was sent £500 as a Gogw. I am not happy with this as i feel i met all the conditions to receive the £1000
I need some help in finding out who regulates new builds for this type of complaint and where can i escalate my concern/dissatifaction.
Thanks

"The availability of any incentive is strictly subject to utilising the services of a Fairview approved I.F.A. and panel solicitor / conveyancer."

Exactly. Trading Standards. Google your borough/county and trading standards for your local one.
Next time you buy somewhere, try to haggle on the price properly. You'll get more than £1000 off!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Call them on the phone and tell them about the leaflet and the fact that they won't give you what they are advertising!
If you don't understand a website it doesn't matter - there are often people behind it that you can talk to! It's their job to give Redrow a slap on the wrists, you just need to tell Trading Standards what they are up to!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
