5. Sky Definitely and always the prime candidate to take a hit. But we are gonna wait a little bit to see how it goes. I just lurve it so much and sadly I am such a couch potato and I love Sky Sports but do you know we don't really watch Movies and OH has admitted that but she is reluctant to give it up and says 'well you get rid of sports then' Humph. Also we have muli room which means we get the SKY+ subscription free (Please be gentle) the SKy repair plan is for that box because it is 10 years old now.

GF you might want to look into this. Here in Ireland you no longer have to pay a subscription for Sky +, just the initial fee for the box so it may be the same in the UK. And if you're paying for Movies and Sports you shouldn't be paying monthly for Sky + anyway. Just something that might be worth checking out.0 -
Also, are you watching different channels on your other box. I have a video sender so that I can watch Sky in the kitchen. It doesn't bother us that we have to watch the same thing on both TV's. It's just nice I can watch TV when slaving away in the kitchen lol.
I got mine about a month ago. Tesco's own make (Tecknic or something) and it's a good one. It only cost us £16.50.
And you're right SG, Sky+ subscription is free now.0 -

Hey, I have cancelled the multi room subscription and now have freeview on the other box saving £10 and I will ditch movies and trim the package down to £37 permont. So in total that is another £18 saved. Total so far of saving s with sky is £46, so with all the savings above I will close to £100 saved.. Thats what a bit of house keeping can do eh. Oh nooo! Did you pay in advance at all? There's no chance you would still be covered is there? Could you play dumb and tell them you've cancelled it by mistake?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
