I have just noticed 2 fraudulent transactions on my Skycard online statement so called the number on the back of my card to block the card immediately.
As Skycard are closed on a Sunday the numbers goes through to Barclayccard lost/stolen as they operate the Skycard.
Can you believe that they have no access to Skycards, and after speaking to a supervisor was told that there is NO WAY of stopping a Skycard outside normal hours. He said my only option was to call Monday morning when the Skycard dept are open. After speaking to every dept Barclays has over the last 2 hours, there is literally no way of blocking my card until Monday.
What an absolute joke of a company. I ill be taking this all the way to the top believe me, I am livid and worried.
