Leftover onions and cherry tomatoes...

Options
Hi all

I've got a bag of 6 smallish brown onions and a small tub of cherry tomatoes lurking in the back of the fridge!

I'd like to make some sort of pickle/chutney but I've no idea where to start!

I don't have any "fancy" vinegars just malt vinegar and a few herbs not many spices though.

Will it be possible to make chutney, if not any other suggestions?!

thanks

Look up the Jams and chutneys listing,

and also under vegetables you'll find both onions and tomatoes listed.
