Firstly - Talk Talk.
My broadband wasn't working.... Oh b*m, I thought -4 hours on hold trying to get through.
Nope, they picked up on the second ring and in less than ten minutes - problem solved and was up and running! Lovely!
Secondly - Iwantoneofthose.com
Christmas...... I moaned on here big time about them. Order I placed in November and I never got it. Couldn't get through to them, they weren't emailing me back at times, it was a mess.
I got a letter yesterday, apologising to me for the poor service I received and assuring me that it won't happen again. It was a really nice lengthy letter that has restored my faith in them.
