Any Additions Direct Voucher Codes?

JM, this is what I think might be the problem. I usually pay with me CC and pay the balance at the end of the month - so I know I always use the same card. This is the only thing I can think of that is linking the account is the Credit Card. I am still waiting to hear from them, I emailed earlier to find out what was going on.

On a more positive note, I spoke to the lady who moved into our old (rented) house and she is going to let me know if the Magnext I-coaster arrives. Wall-E is there it seem but the i-coaster is the one item that I really want. I'd rather go get it than wait a month for it never to arrive from the dreaded 'Home Delivery Network'!

I opened an account wth Additions Direct to make use of their new customer order code ZG430, when I added my item to the basket and wen to the checkout it wouldnt let me add the code, (I thought this may happen as it has to others on here) but whilst skipping back to seach MSE for another code, somehow my order was accepted!!! (I possibly clicked on the wrong browser these things happen), but as I didnt want to pay full price for the item I rang customer services and acted daft (not too hard for me) and said my screen had froze and when it started again the order was placed without allowing me to enter the code, the kind lady said she would sort it for me and would add the code to my account :T .

Being a little dubious I wondered if this would actually happen so I checked my account online and low and behold there it was :j , to anyone else wanting to use the code, don't give up like I was about to... give them a call.

It is so obvious its fraud obtaining credit in someone elses name, dob etc! Lets just hope they dont decide to prosecute!

I was accused of fraud by them as I opened a new account when I left home instead of just changing my address details. this was an honest mistake as I hadn't used my account for over a year and just forgot all about it. However, sending in proof of where I lived was enough to sort it out.

HOWEVER, 2 years on every order I placed was still being passed through to the fraid dept but luckily they have resolved it now. But my partner who shares my address cant get an account with any of their catalogues! I cant get an account with any of their other catalogues! They also closed down my mums accounts (as this was my previous address) and she cant order from them anymore!

I paid a bill for my dad once, he game me the cash I paid it for him online using my card (cant remember the reason) so they closed his account and he had to send proof of his identity into get his account reopened!

They are a funny company to mess with
