Jet2 flights??

OK I knew, well I expected this to be a BOGOF offer, you win, but unlikely you will be travelling alone!!

However, none of my dates were available!! Travelling out on Sunday 1st June for 4 nights!! Not the most popular dates!!


I am now really disappointed with jet2!!


We thought we were OK with the dates and had allowed ourselves the dream of a short break!! Instead our bubble was burst!! I think better not to have a dream!! Wish I had never gone down this route!!

Instead of this being a pro promotion, I actually will now try to avoid travelling with them! They have disappointed me so much!!

Has anybody had any luck with their flights?

PS the flights are available to book online!! Just not if you want a free flight!!

I got the flight I wanted to meet up with my family on a trip to Rome in May.

What I did was look at their website and checked availability before I put in my request.

I had my confirmation within a couple of days

I did check the dates before hand.

We had a full intinery all ready!!

I'll wait to December now and try for Prague.

I also got my first choice dates - to Nice in May.

Husband and I got our first choices and we're going to Rome in May too! :j
I received an email from Jet2 about the booking and further down it says amount charged: £190. What's that about?

I sent an email asking what was available on the dates we wanted to travel and, whoohoo, my original flights are available.

Malaga here we come!!

My kids are going away with their dad, so we were restricted when we could travel!!

Yeah you're right it does seem like I a con or at least a competition where very few prizes are actually able to be claimed. Like others I waited 2 weeks to fill in the form and did it immediately only to get an email back saying none of the destinations are available.

If this was all a marketing scheme to get people looking at their website, well it worked, I spent hours looking at the flights. Though now I feel let down too so I wouldn't fly with them again.

I'd like to know how man of the 5,000 flights are actually claimed at the end the day.
