Not that Ive ever scene, however a few schemes cover crime prevention officers which are pretty much lock smiths I believe.
You don't want to do shared ownership anyway due to all the payouts mount to alot for a 25% share. I saw now in London some of the service charges are £200 a month and require £35K minimum salary for key workers.
Don't touch with a barge poll especially in a falling market:mad::exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

We applied for a scheme that was supposedly only open to people in Sittingbourne, and were accepted despite having no links to the town whatsoever. Luckily we found out why they were desparate to sign anyone up and decided not to proceed. These schemes are wide open to vague interpretations, so apply if you really want to. But ask yourself why they can only sell on this basis.Been away for a while.0
