Jeremy Clarkson could have got his money back under the direct debit guarantee... but he didn't.My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
perhaps its a seperate selling account.
so the money is transferred in and then the seller transfers it straight out into their main account.
i used to do the same0 -
Hmm, if you put bank details for a savings account online, the theoretical risk would be even smaller, as no direct debits would be able to be set up.My TV is broken!

well mine was a basic account with online banking.
whenever funds went in i just transfeered them out but didnt show them on my listings0
