Do you think the Big Banks will ever issue 'Prepaid' or 'Guaranteed' Credit Cards, or will that be left to all the other 'Prepaid' compaines that seem to be springing up ?.

probably left to other companies, theres more money to be made by giving us credit cards.0

Don't forget that the banks offer current accounts with debit cards. Effectively the same thing, just without the high fees.0
