Pvc Windows Buzzing In The Wind!

I can only describe the sound as buzzing!
That is the noise from my PVC windows in my house.
I thought it was coming from the sealent vibrating as there was a loose bit on the inside of my window, but after stripping and resealing its still happening. I've tried looking at the outside sealent but its a third floor window, so I can only see so much by hanging out .
Is this a common problem and easily fixed?

One of ours does it but it's on a window with 3 openers so can't tell which one it is. It only happens when the wind blows in a certain direction too.
It is easily fixable, I think they just tighten/re-align the opener.

my mums window was doing this the other weekend when it was really windy, it was unbelievably loud.

Yes, most likely the sealant or the plastic trim.

It will most likely look ok though, you will need to get your fingernail or something under the sealant to see if it's loose.

You can remove the glass if you feel confident enough, so you'll be able to get to the external frame, but don't remove the glass from an openable window because it is packed into the frame in such a way as to stop the frame from dropping.

You need a wallpaper scraper or something similar ( not a blade or screwdriver).
Place the edge of the scraper into the middle of the beading (between bead and frame) ,
It should push in about a millimetre or so, then tilt the scraper up so that the whole edge is now between the beading and frame.
If you then push the scraper away from you (towards the frame side) the beading should pop out a little,
Get your finger nails into this gap and pull the beading out (across the front of the window not towards you)
The rest of the beading should come out a lot easier ;)
Don’t forget to use a rubber mallet to get the beading back.

    The glass is very heavy.
