Panda Antivirus 2005

Installed this product last year and have had no problems with it. Since June I cannot update Windows, manually or automatically. Contacted Panda via "support" centre and got an autmated reply with a load of links on that don't work. Phoned today and they sent me a "hotfix" but it's not for the right software, before I use al of my hard earnt cash phoning them up again anybody got any ideas or have had the same problem?

My renewal is up for grabs in November so looking to move if not mended.

Are you sure this is to do with your virus software, Ive got Panda and haven't had any problems updating, can you turn the virus software off and then manually connect to the Windows update? Have you searched google for anyone else having this problem? I think if it was the Panda software then everyone with it would be having the same problem.

Is there a conflict with your Firewall?

Have you tried running a couple of on line anti virus / anti trojan scans in case something is trying to prevent an update?

Finally recieved a "hotfix" and tried it and it seems to work fine at the moment. Lots of emails had to go back and forth for this to appear, but if anyone else is / has any problems them PM me.
