I personally think it's a mistake and as soon as they realise they will send the inevitable 'this was a mistake and we did not expect it to be posted on a freebie forum' email. Happens alot this sort of thing.

Maybe if they want to boost business a bit, they deliberately introduce a few FREE! items for the weekend to get us all looking at the site.

Who knows how many of us might see something they would like enough to order and pay for, or maybe return to the site in the future when looking for something for the home?

Good advertising, whilst having that get out clause in the terms and conditions saying pricing errors may occur and they cannot be held to them.

Yeah the thread is here. Exact same company offering 'FREE' duvet, loads order, turns out to be a mistake and company won't honour.

Nor do I really, but there's nothing to lose by trying!

Having read the "delivery options" however, it says there that "free delivery" is delivery to store. And they didn't ask what store. So I think their whole system is wonky today.

Just ordered these. Tried to order 2 of duck egg blue but would only let me order 1- don't think we will get these but who knows
