If you open it on the page you want and then at the top right of your keyboard there will be a print screen button (or prt sc) press that and then go to word or whereever you want the image and paste.

Thanks OurJoey, 16 zeroes worked for me too, plus a made up CS2 (?) number. I am not holding my breath that anything will arrive though after reading the duvet thread whilst the duvet fiasco was going on.

Are you sure? Not that I'm doubting you but if I paid £25 for an item and then got charged £30 without being told then that's illegal because they are essentially fraudulently taking money from your account. So in this case people would expect for nothing to be taken from their account and have agreed to nothing being taken so anymore than that would, essentially, be stealing because the customer hasn't given their consent. Or is that completely off the mark? :S
