Are you sure? Not that I'm doubting you but if I paid £25 for an item and then got charged £30 without being told then that's illegal because they are essentially fraudulently taking money from your account. So in this case people would expect for nothing to be taken from their account and have agreed to nothing being taken so anymore than that would, essentially, be stealing because the customer hasn't given their consent. Or is that completely off the mark? :S0 -
