    They do exist. Consumer direct just give you consumer information on phone/net. TS may tell you to go there but they do exist to enforce the law on rogue traders

    Think there was a vaguely similar problem with some duvets from dunelm, tbh after seeing what went on there, I don't think I'd trust their website for any offer ever!

    I remember the duvet offer - I had to wait ages but it did eventually arrive and was amazing value, so don't give up on Dunelm
