... please can you stop telling potential customers that you are the only british supplier in the uk.
For a start, it says on your website https://www.scottishpower.com (you know, the american one) that you are american. Nuff Said.
You would be surprised how many complaints this gets... even more surprisingly, the majority of them are not directly about you though.
