Whenever i try and play the games on tombola.com, 9 times out of 10 the page starts ok, the little cup of java tea appears in the corner but then browser stops responding. This happens in both firefox and IE and seems the only site I have problems with in this way.
Is it me? is it the browser or is it tombola.com?
Funnily enough this only happens on the i-scratch game where you have to scratch away at the panels. Its driving me bananas.

I've noticed that java stays loaded on my comp. and uses a lot of memory. Do you have enough? These days a usable min is 512meg, With all the progs which take a bite plus Winxp(assuming xp) you could be using up all your free memory. I've noticed also that sometimes F/F stays loaded and can use up to 99k of memory. right click above the clock and select task manager and see if anything is hogging memory and if you don't need some(like msn) end the process.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
