e-on so efficent you have to laugh

today i recieved two letters from e-on, the first one explains that "since February 07 when they announced a lowering of their prices energy costs have soared by 60% ...... we are one of the last major suppliers to implement these rises.. blah blah "

"we are serious about giving you the best value we can"

it then goes onto suggest ways that YOU can reduce your energy bills.

presumably by not sending out the identical letter twice in the same post, to, er, how many thousand customers?

mind you if they all read the enclosed leaflet "save energy - save money" twice, presumably they can save twice as much energy and reduce their
e-on bill by at least 50%

    I`m with Eon and I didn`t get the letter. So you have mine! Mistakes do happen.
  • Are you with them for gas and elec? If so, do you have 2 account numbers? I used to get every letter twice until I asked them to "merge" my accounts and just give me 1 account number. It's very silly. You might have the same name and live at the same address, but they treat you as two people.
