    IF you are living at your mums and not in the house can't you rent out your room to cover your share of the mortgage each month?

  • Well after reading all the positive advice through out all the forums ive come up with a sort of plan

    1. if welcome remove the charge -house sells £5000 going to pay off welcome to take balance down to £12000

    move in at mums permanently

    I worked out that i ll have £135 a month to spread between

    * welcome
    *hsbc
    and 3 CC's

    Im not sure if i could go in to a DMP with £135 to share around??
    Im going to ask for overtime a work, try change my car to a diesel, which should reduce my road tax and fuel costs.

    I have a friend who says he might have some book keeping for for me to do- £20 a week

    Ok it might take me about a million years to pay off my debt, but i might get a promotion, find a better paid job closer to home which would drastically reduce traveling costs. This challenge is making me feel a bit more positive, im determind not to go down the bankrupt route - because i know i can sort this some how !!!!

    just hope my creditors play ball
