This might have been mentioned before but can not seem to find it.
I am looking for a Colour Printer that prints onto the actual CD (like any film/pop artist etc..). Decent quality print quality but also taking into account cost of printer & cartridges etc...

Epson R300 or R200 is probably the one that springs to mind more than any other - cheap compat cartridges and very well supported.
Theres a review of it here0 -
Canon IPX4000/50000

Ive got the canon ip4000 and its amazing. Can get it for about £75 now which is a steal. Cartidges are a lot cheaper than the epsons and have a better reputation - search around google for user reviews on this, from people who have used it for more than a couple of hours to test it.

Many Thanks,
this will give me a point in the right direction. Forgot to ask any advice on the best/cheapest CD's to use?0 -
Go for the Epson R300, prints brilliantly to CDs and prints great photos too.
Get your CDs from http://www.blankdiscshop.co.uk/ as low as 8p per disc and great customer service.0 -
I've got a R300, and I get all my media and cheap ink from https://www.ukdvdr.co.uk. Ink cartridges are 99p each (compatible, not Epson).0
