Options
I am sorry if this comes up twice - it seemed to disapear last time !
I am very confused who I should change to - BT or Talk Talk - both have offered me much the same at almost the same price, but reading on here they both seem awful !! I have at the mo, bt line rental, talk talk calls and orange bb. I would like to keep together as it saves on time and paper work ! please someone - can you help me - I really am very confused:o

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
  • OK, only from personal experience here. I was paying in the region of £50 including broadband with BT, I switched to talktalk (took 3 months to move broadband) I have not paid more than £27 in any one month & have a teenage daughter who spends 4 hours a night on the phone!

The consistent advice from here is stay with BT etc. , but if you want landline, calls and bb all in one package there are lots of good offers out there. It can depend on the number of calls and when and where you call, the level of broadband you need, speed, downloads etc.

If you post more details re:above, other options might be better vaue.

    Good luck
