Problems with EnergyLinx
Hi,
Has anybody ever had problems getting money from EnergyLinx. Switched
to Scottish Hydro last year, and despite loads of e-mails and rubbish excuses
I am still chasing them for the cash back money (sent yet another e-mail today). :eek: Anybody any ideas on the best way to deal with them as its getting beyond a joke. Any help appreciated.

You are not alone.
I have received the confrimation from my new supplier this month and then forwarded a copy to EnergyLinx. Then they asked for my bank account details.
I am still waiting!
I should have read you post first and should have chosen the the others for the switch!

Well it shows that 2 years on Energylinx has not improved at all (I am raising awareness of Energylinx's practice here at 2009).
Or, awacko has received his/her money from them already?
