Can you check the buyer's feedback and see if who he sold it on to has left feedback/vice versa? Could track him that way.
He might just be saying that though

You're a tad racey aren't you .... you're enjoying a spot of fun with a neighbour ... and selling videos of solo performances on ebay on the cheap.

I'd get back to the buyer and ask him if he restored the factory settings, as the material on their would be unsuitable for someone under 16, especially if he has sold the phone on.
That might make him panic a bit himself. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Right - the buyer has now left feedback, so I've contacted them with the following message:Hia - you recently bought a Sony Ericsson T610... this was originally my phone, which I sold to your seller, without realising I'd left all my photos etc on there. Is there any way you could help me out by getting me a copy of the photos? I'd also be willing to buy the phone back from you if you don't want it...
Many thanks,

Well, that's the end of that:Hello. Oh dear, if only you had contacted me sooner. I have indeed got the phone working OK. It was locked with a code which I sorted. i have also had it unlocked to all networks too now. However, it has been reset to default settings. This would mean all the pictures etc will be gone. I just had a quick look and they are. I am sorry. I bought it to try and sort out. I have no plans to keep it. Regards, XXXXXXX.

I was rently given a phone, with no no sim card, so bought a new sim and lo and behold pictures and videos from the previous owner were still on the phone. Only footbal matches and cars and stuff. I had to delete them all.A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.

My ex girlfriend's current partner had to get her phone replaced by the network a while ago and sent it off thinking nothing more of it.. till my ex said 'you did delete the pics of me, right?'... oh course, she'd forgotten.
My ex's face was a picture. (And she expects to be on the net now. well, more than she already was anyway
