Cheap ticket to Peru , Bolivia??

I have just got back after a two week holiday from Cuba. I am sunburnt and exhausted but I am craving for more. I now would like to venture into Latin America.

So does anyone know when is the best time to go and who offers the cheapest fares to Peru and Bolivia??

I am not in a tearing hurry as I need a few months to earn that kind of money. Am also planning to learn spanish. So can anyone reccomend spanish classes on the cheap in London?

I lived in a little town in the south of Peru called Arequipa up in the mountains. It's definintely best towards the end of the year - it hardly ever rains there and is a very pretty place to visit. It's a little bit touristy, but it's a good place to start if you are planning on travelling around.
I bought a 1 year return flight for about £600 from Travelbag. Once you are there I suggest you travel around by coach as it's really cheap and you get to see some of the countryside.
