I have three accounts with Halifax. A Current and Visa and a Credit Card.
Transferring money between a current and visa is automatic with the funds being available immediately from one to the other. So why is it if you transfer money from the visa to the credit card the money goes out of your account and then takes 3 days to arrive.

What do you mean by a "visa" account.
"visa" is not the name or type of an account, it's a payment system.
Perhaps you could explain what this "visa" account is as I don't understand what you mean.0 -
Here are the bank acounts that Halifax offer and none of them are called "visa" althugh some of them do offer a visa card.

sorry for the confusion one is a card cash one is a current with visa facility and one is the halifax one. I have spoken to halifax and they say it's due to the payment/transfer system uses the BACS system for all Credit Card transactions:mad: .0 -

That will be right. Lloyds does too between their current account and credit card accountsBaby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0
