    Mine just came at 9am but no airtime on the sim. Do I ring virgin or carphone warehouse or does it take more time? I just registered on virgin website and haven't had a text for that £2 either. Am i being too impatient?

    £10 will be activated in 8 days time!!!! I phoned Virgin who said balance was zero and then I called CPW and they said all web orders have a cooling off period so they won't put the £10 on until 8 days time because I bought it on Saturday.

    Wish I'd read this first. They seemed to say it was standard practice.

    Edit: Just gone back to webpage and see it clearly now - oops!

    just swapped it to day bonus tariff
