I have a Tablet PC. It is a fantastic piece of equipment.
However, they do not come with a D Drive.
Question: Can I transfer my documents to home PC via some kind of USB cable or is a pen drive my only option?
Any help appreciated

If you have network (rj45) ports on both machines you could connect them with a crossover cable

to create a simple network.
Alternatively you could use something like this

for a usb connection.
Either item is probably available at a local computer shop.
