currently with bt (line rental) and pipex (calls) for a business

As I;ve stated on the title, my parents are on a business line with BT but their calls are with Pipex. Is there anywhere about help for businesses?? I've searched and read the threads but they seem to be for domestic households. They also pay separately for a package (call waiting, caller ID and call divert)

Thansk in advanced

P.S (we are on light user on the home phone with BT and have trouble switching to other providers, has anyone had this trouble before or can point me in the right direction???)

Do your parents need to be on a business line? Is it possible to transfer to a domestic line? A lot of companies offer business services, but tend to give quotes rather than switch sites etc. as the business connections can be more complex and user specific.

What sort of issues do have with transferring to other providers? Where is the probleb? BT or the new provider?

    All the best

i think they have to have a business line as they run a take-away.

whereas where they live they have lightusers package with bt and when transferring to a new company, they papaerwork etc goes through ok but when actually doing the transfer nothing happens and they said that bt wouldnt allow it as its not a compatable from what it is to what they are tranferring to.

To transfer from BT they need to move from the LUS to a normal BT Together Option.
