My AVG anti-virus vault tells me my vault " contains 8 files with a total size of 208.3kB. Size limit 5.6GB (20% of disk volume) " This means nothing to me. There is an option to empty the vault - should I? - please folks, remember there is no such thing as a stupid question....I had some great advice this morning from an early question about Spam emails, so your advice on this question would be useful.

The Virus Vault will contain any files quarrantined. This is normally done in case of a false positive and it prevents an application working or to send the files to the A/V company.
Most antivirus software has something similar to the virus vault.
If you haven't had any problems with an applications since an antivirus alert then feel free to empty it.Hug provider for depression thread :grouphug:
