Interest charged by Barclaycard

Living in the Channel Islands I can still get tax relief for the interest I pay on my Barclaycard. I wrote to them over a month ago asking them for the amount I paid last year as a statement from them giving the total can be attached to my tax return. Not having had a reply I have just called them only to be told that they do not provide such a statement which obviously is not requested by UK taxpayers. They did not have the courtesy to write immediately telling me about their "policy". Is there any way I can get them to provide me with this info? Thanks.

Can you attach all the 12 months statements? The interest charge will be showed on each statement.0
