Hi I read a good tip for retrieving Email when the network is busy from talktalk boy, My old computer has gone down and lost the link which I kept in fav's list it would be handy on my new computer it was something like 2webmail.

Thanks Shableton for your reply and thanks Stephen that's the link I was after it's works well.
Also I found the new talktalk members forum support page as well it look great and think it's a great asset to Talktalk and it's members alike.
